"My Favorite Summer Wedding Trends" or "White Hot Love & Purple Passion" Part 1
As a wedding professional, people always ask me about the latest wedding trends. This summer, the flowers were all about crisp, clean, white and green blooms and plummy purple splendor.
For awhile, brides were something less traditional then wedding white, this year it is back, and more romantic than ever.
White Hot Love. Part 1.
Liz & Steve Simonelli wanted a clean, classic, romantic look.
Baskets of white hydrangea plants lined the steps to the Altar for the ceremony, and were later planted in the Church's garden.
An antiqued mercury glass vessel filled with flowering branches and white blooms greeted the guests at the Escort Card Table. (right)
Set at each dinner table, was a clean centerpiece of hydrangea and fragrant Juliette garden roses.

My favorite detail of the day were "Reserved for Mr. & Mrs. Simonelli" signs marking the couple's seats. The ivory spray rose bouquet was later used as toss bouquet.
